Hmmmm well I made some wonderful potato soup tonight:
Peal and cut up 6-8 medium potatoes and put them in a pot of water to boil until just soft.
Remove 3/4 of the water from the potatoes and replace with 4 cups of milk or enough to your liking.
Add:
6 chicken bullion cubes
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
4 stalks of celery (chopped)
1 large carrot (chopped)
10 strips of cooked bacon (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
Boil for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to medium-low for 30 minutes.
To serve add some grated cheddar cheese and/or sour cream to the top and ENJOY!!
